Is everything really made by hand?

Yes. Every design is drawn by us and every stitch is embroidered by hand with a needle and thread. No machines, no prints.

Can I order a custom design?

Of course! Share your idea through our custom order form or send us a DM on Instagram. We will make a sketch for you to approve before we start stitching.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

Open any piece in the shop and tap "DM to order", or fill in the custom order form. We will confirm the details, price and timeline with you on chat.

Can I order a piece I see in the shop?

Yes. Open the piece and tap "DM to order". Because everything is handmade, we will confirm whether it is available or can be made again for you.

Do you make gifts for special dates?

Yes, we love making birthday, anniversary and baby gifts. Tell us the date when you order and we will let you know what is possible before we start.

Custom pieces

Can I choose the colours?

Yes. For custom pieces and name tees you can pick your thread colours, and we will suggest shades that work well together.

What can I get made?

Characters from anime, cartoons and movies, cute portraits of people or pets, names and words in florals, and little keepsakes. If you are not sure, just ask.

Will I see the design before you stitch it?

Always. We share a sketch first and only start stitching once you are happy with it.

How long does a piece take?

It depends on the size and detail of the design. We will share an estimated timeline along with your sketch.

Care & delivery

How should I care for my embroidery?

Keep hoops away from direct sunlight and moisture. For tees, hand wash gently inside out in cold water and dry in the shade.

How is my piece packed?

Every piece is checked and packed carefully so it reaches you just as we made it.

Do you deliver to my city?

Message us your city when you order and we will confirm delivery options and charges for you.
